Shipping Policy
At Feellow, we ship across the United States with free shipping on every order — no minimum, no exceptions. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM EST
- Business days: Monday – Friday
Processing time is separate from delivery time — it's how long it takes us to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States (all 50 states):
- Standard shipping: FREE on every order
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 9 business days from the date of shipment
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Combined estimated time from order to delivery is typically 6 to 12 business days.
3. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier receives your package.
If you haven't received your tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us at support@tryfeellow.com.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email support@tryfeellow.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We'll resolve it on a case-by-case basis and make it right.
Tracking shows "delivered" but not received: Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait 3 additional business days, then check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email support@tryfeellow.com immediately — if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct it.
