Return & Refund Policy
At Feellow, we want you to love how your legs feel. If a pair isn't right, returning them is simple — and always free.
1. Our 99-Day Money-Back Guarantee — No Questions Asked
You have 99 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return for any reason at all.
Wear them. Wash them. Try them on for a week. If you're not happy, we'll take them back — no explanation needed, no condition checks.
We accept returns of items in any condition — new, lightly worn, or washed.
2. Free Returns — We Cover the Shipping
Returns are 100% free for our US customers, every time, no matter the reason.

This applies whether your item is defective, the wrong size, the wrong pattern, or you simply changed your mind.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@tryfeellow.com with your order number — that's it.
Within 24 business hours, we'll email you:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Simple instructions for sending your package back
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location, and you're done.
Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval may take longer to process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The only items we can't accept for return are:
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tryfeellow.com — include photos of the issue.
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or pattern:
- Place a new order for the item you want — it ships right away.
- Request a free return for the original — we'll refund you once it's on its way back.
This way, you don't have to wait for the exchange to process.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been processed.
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
- Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return and you haven't seen the refund, email support@tryfeellow.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
8. What Happens to Returned Items
For hygiene reasons, returned items that show signs of wear are not resold. They are recycled, donated to charity partners, or responsibly disposed of in line with our internal policies.
