Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll get a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse — usually within 48 hours of ordering.

Standard shipping across the US takes 5–9 business days from the date of shipment. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6–12 business days.

No. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum, no exceptions.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.

Carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered a day or two early. Please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at support@tryfeellow.com and we'll help resolve it.

Simple: 99 days, free returns, no questions asked. If a pair isn't right for any reason, we send you a prepaid return label and refund you in full.

No. Return shipping is on us — always. Whether it's defective, the wrong size, or you just changed your mind.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post it.

The fastest way is to return the item you have (free) and place a new order for what you want. That way your new pair ships right away instead of waiting on the return.

True 15–20 mmHg graduated compression — firmest at the ankle, easing up the calf. It's the most-recommended range for everyday wear: strong enough to ease swelling and tired legs, gentle enough to wear all day.

Most people notice lighter, less-swollen legs within the first few wears — often the very first day.

Yes — Feellow is designed for all-day, daily wear. Breathable, cushioned, and comfortable from the first hour to the last. (Just take them off at night — compression socks aren't meant for sleeping in.)

The graduated compression keeps blood moving when you're on your feet all day, sitting still on a flight, or navigating pregnancy swelling. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or a diagnosed medical condition, check with your doctor first.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Skip the dryer — heat breaks down the compression fibers over time. Treated well, a pair lasts hundreds of wears.
