Will these actually fit me — and are they hard to put on?

No wrestling required. The wide, seamless cuff slides on easily and stretches to fit comfortably, then holds its shape all day. Just match your shoe size to our size chart. If you're between sizes, size up.

Is 15–20 mmHg the right compression for me?

15–20 mmHg is the everyday sweet spot — strong enough to ease swelling and tired legs, gentle enough to wear all day without feeling like a clamp. It's the most recommended range for daily wear, travel, work, and recovery. (Higher levels like 20–30 mmHg are usually only prescribed by a doctor for specific medical conditions.)

How fast will I feel a difference?

Most people notice lighter, less-swollen legs within the first few wears — often the very first day. The longer you wear them, the more your legs adjust and the bigger the difference becomes.

Can I wear them every day? All day?

Yes. Feellow is built for all-day wear — breathable, cushioned, and comfortable enough to put on in the morning and forget about until bed. Many customers buy a pair for every day of the week (which is why our bundles exist).

Tip: take them off at night. Compression socks aren't meant for sleeping in.

Are they good for pregnancy?

Yes — they're a favorite for tired, swollen pregnancy legs and ankles. The gentle graduated compression supports circulation that pregnancy can slow down. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, check with your doctor first.

Will they help on long flights or road trips?

Absolutely — this is one of the most popular reasons people buy compression socks. Sitting still for hours lets fluid pool in your legs and feet (the cause of that swollen, heavy feeling). Feellow's graduated compression keeps blood moving, so you arrive feeling like yourself instead of wrecked.

Are they too warm to wear in summer?

No. We use a breathable, cooling knit, so they stay comfortable in warm weather. Many customers wear them year-round, even in summer heat.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry (skip the dryer — heat breaks down the compression fibers over time). Don't bleach. Treated well, a pair lasts hundreds of wears without losing its stretch.

What if they don't work for me?
